The problem
Conversations move fast. Someone raises an unexpected point, shifts tone, or asks something you weren't ready for, and you have seconds to respond. Most tools analyze conversations after they end. By then the moment is gone and so is the chance to say what you really meant.
StageWhisper exists because we've all walked away from a conversation thinking "I should have said that." The right words come to you in the car, in the shower, at 2 AM. We built something that gives you those words when they actually matter.
What we built
StageWhisper is a native macOS application that listens to your calls and delivers real-time suggestions, tracks conversation tone through proprietary vocal analysis (Signals), and triggers post-call actions (follow-up emails, CRM updates, calendar invites) without you lifting a finger.
It works with any meeting platform that runs on your Mac: Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, Slack Huddles, phone calls.
How it works
StageWhisper captures system audio and streams it to AI models for real-time analysis. Audio is processed in-flight and never stored. Suggestions appear on your screen in a lightweight overlay that only you can see.
The Signals feature uses proprietary tone analysis to detect momentum, focus, and connection from the audio stream. This gives you a live read on the emotional dynamics of the conversation, beyond what words alone can tell you.
Privacy and security
All processing happens within the European Union. Our AI providers operate under zero-retention agreements. Audio is processed in-flight and never stored.
StageWhisper runs locally on your Mac as a native app. No browser extensions, no screen recorders. All connections use encrypted channels with ephemeral credentials. Read our full privacy policy.
